As part of our Faculty’s 2022/2023 Scientific Events Program, in the first session of the event held on May 30, 2023, Research Assistant Nil İrem Saray presented a paper titled “Studies Conducted and Decisions Taken at the 2022-2023 Meetings of the IMO LEG-MSC-MEPC Committees,” while in the second session, Research Assistant Nuh Celal Günay presented a paper titled “Actions Removing the Right to Limit Liability Under the 1976 London Convention Within the Framework of IMO’s Interpretation Decision Dated December 15, 2021.”
