Regarding the Distribution of Caps and Gowns at the Graduation Ceremony

Dear Students,

For the Graduation Ceremony to be held on Wednesday, 18 June 2025,

Cap and gown distribution will take place:

– On Tuesday, 17 June, between 11:00 and 16:00 in classroom A-Z05.

-Wednesday, 18 June, between 13:30 and 17:00 in Classroom A-Z05.

Gown distribution will be conducted in person, and you must bring your ID card with you.

Cap and gown return;

-Wednesday, 18 June, after the graduation ceremony, no later than 10:00 PM in classroom A-Z05.

-Thursday, 19 June, between 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM in classroom A-Z05.

– Friday, 20 June, between 13:30 and 15:30 in the A-Z05 classroom.
